Returning an Unwanted Item
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
Perhaps it doesn’t fit your requirements as expected, you’ve had a change of plans, or you’ve simply changed your mind.
No problem.
We aim to make our returns process as easy as possible for our customers. All you need to do is:
- Make sure the product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging, with all seals, shrink-wrap, or labels still attached, and in a condition allowing us to sell the item on as new.
- Return the product, and proof of purchase, by recorded delivery within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you. Remember to enclose your returns number, name, address, phone number or email, and your reason for returning the goods.

Description
The Bed Market Ruby Sovereign Hybrid 2000 Pocket Memory Divan Bed is a sleek and sophisticated divan bed suite, combining the very best from our in house range of divan bed bases and mattresses.
Each base features a linen felt finish with a choice of beige and sage colours, along with an extra padded base and a split base design. This has been developed to make installing your divan easier, by splinting the base into separate pieces, removing its cumbersome nature.
This is paired with a sumptuous Sovereign hybrid pocket memory mattresses handmade by our very own mattress team. Each unit features a 3cm Visco, a high density memory foam layer, that sits 2000 individually springs, placed within individual pockets. This provides industry leading levels of comfort that is reactive to your own posture and sleeping position, completed by a 500 GSM silk comfort layer.
