Returning an Unwanted Item
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
Perhaps it doesn’t fit your requirements as expected, you’ve had a change of plans, or you’ve simply changed your mind.
No problem.
We aim to make our returns process as easy as possible for our customers. All you need to do is:
- Make sure the product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging, with all seals, shrink-wrap, or labels still attached, and in a condition allowing us to sell the item on as new.
- Return the product, and proof of purchase, by recorded delivery within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you. Remember to enclose your returns number, name, address, phone number or email, and your reason for returning the goods.

The Carron Volute 52" Oak Wood Fireplace With Royal Cast Iron Inset blends together 2 staples of traditional fireplace design to deliver an authentic example of period Georgian fireplace design.
The first part of this authentic period design stems from the units Solid oak wood surround. This is available either unfinished or waxed with both finish options retaining the oak woods natural grain and definition. The unit also features a hand carved swirl effect on each leg, complimenting the surrounds simple yet elegant nature.
This is paired with a royal cast iron insert, with its straight edged detailing and bold lines replicating the sophistication of a period Georgian fireplace perfectly. This insert is compatible with both solid fuel and gas outputs, and is available in matt black or full polished finishes.
