If you live in a surcharge postcode area then we cannot offer a next working day service. It normally takes 3 – 5 working days.

Returning an Unwanted Item
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
Perhaps it doesn’t fit your requirements as expected, you’ve had a change of plans, or you’ve simply changed your mind.
No problem.
We aim to make our returns process as easy as possible for our customers. All you need to do is:
- Make sure the product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging, with all seals, shrink-wrap, or labels still attached, and in a condition allowing us to sell the item on as new.
- Return the product, and proof of purchase, by recorded delivery within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you. Remember to enclose your returns number, name, address, phone number or email, and your reason for returning the goods.
Description
The Evonic EV4i4 Wall Mounted Inset Electric Fire comes complete with an invisible heater, a floating glass panel, overbed illumination system and a choice of handmade silver birch or woodland ceramic hot ash fuel effect log set. The evoflame ultra HD flame effect is powered by the latest LED lighting technology and is perfect to give a warm glow that accentuates the beautiful logs. This contemporary fire has an efficient 1.5kW heat output that quickly heats up a room and all the features can be seamlessly controlled using the standard manual control, the free E-Touch app on your phone or you can purchase the optional remote control or the E-Tab controller can be bought for use with the app upgrade. The inset dimensions are 550mm (H) x 382mm (W) x 75mm (D) and fits into a standard fireplace opening and is supplied with a spacer. Easily customise this fireplace to suit your taste.
