If next day delivery is available, you must place your order between Monday and Thursday before 13:00pm in order to receive your items the next day.
Please note that some deliveries will fall onto the day after which will be unforeseen and beyond our control.
If you live in a surcharge postcode area then we cannot offer a next working day service. It normally takes 3 – 5 working days.

Easy Returns
Returning an Unwanted Item
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
Perhaps it doesn’t fit your requirements as expected, you’ve had a change of plans, or you’ve simply changed your mind.
No problem.
We aim to make our returns process as easy as possible for our customers. All you need to do is:
- Make sure the product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging, with all seals, shrink-wrap, or labels still attached, and in a condition allowing us to sell the item on as new.
- Return the product, and proof of purchase, by recorded delivery within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you. Remember to enclose your returns number, name, address, phone number or email, and your reason for returning the goods.
Description
Memory foam differs from other types of foam in that it is temperature sensitive and it responds to both body temperature and body shape. It allows the body to sleep in its most natural sleeping position and thereby reduces the pressure points that would normally cause discomfort. Sleeping on memory foam encourages pressure-free sleep so that you wake up feeling refreshed and revitalised.
They are hypo-allergenic which means they are free of bed bugs and dust mites. It gives you considerable peace of mind to know you are not sharing your bed with any horrible uninvited guests because bed bugs cannot live or prosper on foam. This is a big advantage for everyone, not just people who suffer from asthma, eczema, or allergies.
Memory foam mattresses are compatible with just about every kind of base, provided there is sufficient air circulation. Slatted bases, sprung, and platform top bases are all ideal. Although you never flip a memory foam mattress over, it is a good idea to ‘top to tail’ it occasionally just to keep it fresh.
Memory foam mattresses are available in a wide choice of comfort supports – please refer to our range. All the memory foam mattresses in our range are backed with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
This comes with at least two layers of foam. First, the comfort memory foam layer and below, the supportive base foam layer. Without this supportive base layer, high-pressure parts of your body such as your hips and shoulders would just sink straight through. And that’s not going to be comfortable at all.
