If next day delivery is available, you must place your order between Monday and Thursday before 13:00pm in order to receive your items the next day.
Please note that some deliveries will fall onto the day after which will be unforeseen and beyond our control.
If you live in a surcharge postcode area then we cannot offer a next working day service. It normally takes 3 – 5 working days.

Returning an Unwanted Item
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
Perhaps it doesn’t fit your requirements as expected, you’ve had a change of plans, or you’ve simply changed your mind.
No problem.
We aim to make our returns process as easy as possible for our customers. All you need to do is:
- Make sure the product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging, with all seals, shrink-wrap, or labels still attached, and in a condition allowing us to sell the item on as new.
- Return the product, and proof of purchase, by recorded delivery within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you. Remember to enclose your returns number, name, address, phone number or email, and your reason for returning the goods.

Description
At the very heart of the Knightsbridge mattress there is a 3000 pocket sprung unit (in a king size mattress) providing great support due to the individually wrapped springs. Because the springs are not bound together, this means that they travel individually in order to mould to the bodies shape. This means the entire body is fully supported while sleeping. The other side up to this is that you're not going to disturb partner as the springs are moving right where you're heading.
There are four layers of luxury fillings on either side of the springs, including: cashmere, silk, cotton and wool - a fabulous mix that lets you sleep like a god! The exterior of the mattress is made of a premium fabric that is upholstered to the highest standards possible and includes conventional features such as six turning handles and air vents that allow the mattress to breathe.
The Knightsbridge 3000 pocket mattress will really help to enhance your nights sleep and comes in four standard UK sizes – single mattress, double mattress, king size mattress and super king size mattress.
The divan base is available in a choice of 4 contemporary colour options with a range of storage and non storage options available to suit your individual requirements. #
