Q. What are the showroom opening hours?
A. We are open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Q. What are the phone line opening hours?
A. We are open Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 9:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm and we have a 24 hour answer machine.
Q. Do you take old Items away?
A. For hygiene reasons we are not allowed to mix old and new items in the same vehicle. The local council usually has a collection service.
Q. Do you deliver weekends and evenings?
A. We currently only deliver Monday - Friday throughout the region on a free delivery to postcodes in mainland UK. If you cannot be home perhaps a key can be left with a neighbour or maybe a relative can sit in for you. If necessary we can call you half an hour before the delivery if this gives you time to get home. We do require on all orders signature obtained on delivery. If you would like you can choose a Saturday delivery for which there will be an extra charge of £50.00 please do so at checkout.
Q. What are the delivery times?
A. You can choose a free delivery any day from Monday to Friday between 7:00am to 6:00pm except bank holidays. All deliveries are a one man service and are door to door only. You can upgrade this service to an AM delivery for which there is an extra charge of £35.00 or a Saturday delivery for which there is an additional charge of £50.00.
Q. Do you offer a 2 man delivery service?
A. Yes we do a 2 man premium delivery service and this service will include taking the items to the room of your choice. Please contact us for price.
Q. Will you take the stove upstairs?
A. No, All our deliveries are door to door unless you chose the premium delivery service where the goods will be taken to the room of your choice.

Q. Do you do made to measure beds and mattresses?
A. Yes we do. The majority of the beds and mattresses that we do can be made to any size.
Q. Are your beds non-allergenic?
A. Some have polyester and foam fillings where there is usually less chance of dust being created, but there are some completely non-allergenic mattresses available. Alternatively, there are non-allergenic mattress covers available.
Q. How long will this bed last?
A. Mattresses wear out is due to numerous factors such as how the mattress is used (guest room, master bedroom, doubled as a trampoline for the kids), whether it is cared for properly and/or the quality of the mattress itself. The average person spends one-third of his or her life in bed, your mattress is the most used piece of furniture in the home, as with other products, you get what you pay for.
Q. Do you take away old beds?
A. Normally we do not take old beds away. For hygiene reasons we are not allowed to mix old and new beds in the same vehicle. The local council usually has a collection service.
Q. How often should I turn the mattress?
A. Always refer to the manufacturer's instructions. However, quite a number of today's models have been specifically designed as single sided and do not require turning over, although they can be rotated from head to toe every couple of months.
Q. Can I have the drawers on this single bed on the other side?
A. Yes. Headboard bolt receivers are provided at each end to allow you to position the bed as you wish in the bedroom.
Q. Will you assemble the furniture?
A. I am sorry; we are unable to offer an assembly service unless you chose for the premium delivery service. Please speak to a member of staff.
Q. Does the bed base fold?
A. Most bed bases now come in two halves for ease of delivery.
Q. What is the biggest bed you do?
A. How big do you want it, we can do almost any size?
Q. Do you do those beds which join together?
A. Yes, they are called zip and link.

Q. What is a king size bed?
A. A king size bed is 5' wide and 6'6" long. This matches the bed linen in sizes, we can however obtain larger sizes where required. A super king size bed is 6' wide and 6'6" long.
Q. What happens if I receive my goods damaged?
A. Should your goods arrive to you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign the delivery note as received damaged. If you accept the delivery without latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money.
Q. How do I contact you if I have missing parts to my order?
A.If upon assembling your goods there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may organise a suitable replacement.
Q. Is there a charge for unwanted or wrongly ordered items?
A. Items will be collected at a charge of 20% per order or a minimum charge of £55 and this must be within 14 days of receipt. Where possible goods must be returned in the original packaging they arrived in.
Q.What is your returns policy on Vacuum Packed Mattresses?
A. Vacuum packed and rolled mattresses cannot be accepted for return once opened from their packaging.
